Sex Therapy

I am currently enrolled in coursework and studying sexology en route to becoming a certified sex therapist. I adhere to the highest standards of ethical practices and professional competence in the field of sexual health.

My approach to sex therapy is collaborative, integrative, and sex-positive. I believe that open communication, education, and empowerment are essential components of sexual well-being.

I understand that discussing sexual matters can feel sensitive and vulnerable, which is why I prioritize creating a supportive and confidential environment for my clients. Your comfort, autonomy, and empowerment are always at the forefront of our work together.

Specializations include: Gender and Sexuality Exploration, Polyamory/CNM, Sexual Pain and Dysfunction, BDSM/Kink/Fetish, Desire Discrepancy, Vulnerability and Intimacy, Trauma and Shame, and Sexual Empowerment.

Brainspotting

In addition to my expertise in LGBTQIA+ affirming care, I am also trained in brainspotting, a powerful therapeutic approach that can help address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Brainspotting works by accessing the brain's natural ability to heal and process through the use of focused attention and bilateral stimulation.

My approach to therapy integrates elements of brainspotting with affirmative principles, creating a holistic and personalized treatment experience. Whether you're seeking support for trauma recovery, self-exploration, or personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.
